We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 and we do not process special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR:

  • Pre-contractual steps and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, delivering installation and support services.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — issuing invoices and keeping accounting records under Slovak law.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — securing our website and services, preventing fraud, and defending legal claims. You may object at any time.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — only where separately requested (e.g. optional marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

4. Retention

  • Contact form enquiries and prospect correspondence: 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
